SnapStorage Tools (InstallAnywhere Web Installer)

Windows Instructions:

To install SnapStorage Manager™, the SnapScale Quorum Service, or the Snap VSS/VDS provider (where applicable):

Windows (32 bit)
- After downloading, double-click SnapStorageToolsInstall32.exe
Windows (64 bit)
- After downloading, double-click SnapStorageToolsInstall64.exe

Notes

You do not need to install any other software. A Java virtual machine is included with this download.

Linux Instructions:

To install SnapStorage Manager™:

After downloading open a shell and, cd to the directory where you downloaded the installer.
At the prompt type: sh ./SnapStorageToolsInstall.bin

Notes

A Java virtual machine is included with this download. It will be run automatically when you run the shell script.

Mac OS X Instructions:

To install SnapStorage Manager™:

After downloading, double-click SnapStorageToolsInstall.zip from your Downloads folder to extract SnapStorageToolsInstall.zip.
Double-click the installer SnapStorageToolsInstall.app. If OS X displays a message indicating that the file is from an unidentified developer, it may be necessary to instead right-click the installer, click Open, then click Open on the confirmation dialog.

Notes

Important: Requires Mac OS X 10.7.3 or later.
You do not need to install any other software. A Java virtual machine is included with this download.
If you have any problems launching the installer once it has been expanded, please contact technical support.
